CleverTap

FirstHive can import your data from Clever Tap. To allow FirstHive to initiate the import, follow the below steps.

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Go to Data >> Click Import Customers
3. Enter your data list name.
4. Enter your tags. You can add multiple tags by pressing “enter” tab and “comma” after each keyword.
5. Select CleverTap from the drop-down.
6. Enter your CleverTap account ID.
7. Enter your Clever Tap passcode.
8. Click on Continue.

Recommendation

1. Give your data a unique name which would help you remember the data list.
2. Tags:  Add any keyword which would act like a labeled reference that can be used for segmenting the data or restricted access to different user roles.
