How Do I Add a Default Footer in Email Campaign?

Please follow the steps mentioned below to setup the footer:

Step 1: Go to Admin >> Click Manage Channel >> Click Email Settings.

Step 2: Click ‘Set Default Footer’ as shown in the screen below

  • Select the required sender_id
  • Click on Source, to past the footer code.
  • Edit the content as required (similar to email) and save the changes.

  • The newly defined footer won’t impact the existing email templates or the already sent email content.
  • The footer will be added at the bottom of the email content as soon as the mapped sender id is selected.
  • The footer can be edited at the time of template creation if it needs to be customized for communication.

How to Edit the Footer?

To edit the footer:
  1. Go to Manage Channel >> Click Email settings >> Click ‘Set Default Footer’ 
  2. Select the required sender_id 
  3. Click Source >> Edit the content as required >> Save the changes

The changes done by you will not impact existing email templates or the past emails sent

How to Disable the Footer?

To disable the footer:

  1. Go to Manage Channel >> Click Email settings >> Click ‘Set Default Footer’
  2. Select the required sender_id 
  3. Change the toggle “Enable Footer” to ‘Off’ and save the change.
