Let’s Get Started!
Once you log into FirstHive, you will see your homepage. Here, in the middle of the page you will find your quick links – these give you an easier access to Dashboard, Data, Campaigns, Social Channels and Account Usage Summary.
On the top right corner you will see:
- Knowledge Base – This is a repository of ‘how to’ and frequently searched questions. You will find in detailed text, step wise direction and videos to help you understand how to use FirstHive to it’s full extent!
- Help/FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions and quick tour to understand the platform.
- Notification – You will find the latest notifications here. For example when your campaign or automation goes live, segment gets created, etc.
- Release Notes – As we keep improving and upgrading FirstHive platform for you, all the new features and bug fixes information can be found under Release Notes.
On the Left Side You will See:
- Analytics – Get channel level, central level analytics and more.
- Channel Catalogue
- Data
- Campaigns
- World Swipe
- Admin
