There are few scenarios due to which when Facebook ad account is linked to FH, the connection is not formed correctly e.g., a few access permissions are unchecked while linking the account, Facebook API upgrade leading to access token expiry etc. To fix this issue, you need to unlink and link the account again.

How to Unlink Facebook Adword Account with FirstHive?
Step 1: Remove the App Permission Given During the Last Linking
- Login to Facebook business manager account >> Go to Settings
- Click on the Business integration section.
- Select the FirstHive added in the active app section and remove the app.
- Once removed, log out of your Facebook ads account.
Step 2: Reconnect your account again << Add the knowledge base link of how to link Facebook Ad account
Step 3: Validate the Connection
- In your FH account, Campaign >> Audience push
- Click on the Facebook ad account icon.
- In the Facebook Ads Account dropdown you should be able to see your Facebook ad manager account ID.
- Select the Account Id and Type, if you are able to see the Audience to Push and option to create New Audience and go to the Next step, then your connection is formed successfully.
