Microsoft Dynamics CRM

FirstHive can import your data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To allow FirstHive to initiate the import, follow the below steps.

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Go to Channel Catalog >> Click CRM
3. Click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
4. Enter your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Name or Host URI
5. Select your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Authentication type from the drop-down
6. Click on ‘Submit’.
