How to Link Your Social Channel to FirstHive?

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Go to Campaigns >> click Manage Social Channels
3. Click on the Social Network icon that your brand is active on.
4. Enter channel credentials.

How to Tag a Social Post?

1. Login to your FirstHive account
2. Go to Data >> Click Manage Social Tags
3. Click Edit Tag icon under Action for the preferred channel.
4. Then add tags >> Click Save. You can add tags for historic posts as well.
