Where can I See My Individual Customer Profile?

  1. Login to your FirstHive account
  2. Go to Analytics >> Click Customer Profile Dashboard
  3. Search for the customer by name, email, mobile or by Data List/FH ID assigned to a customer.
  4. Click View icon under Action column.
