Clickpath or Clickstream Analytics

Clickstreams or clickpaths represent the sequence of actions performed—such as clicks and page visits—by a website user. FirstHive CDP can track a wide range of clickstream activities, including:

  • Pageviews
  • File downloads
  • Link clicks (Outlinks)
  • Viewing and clicking on specific content blocks with Content Tracking
  • Any other type of interaction through custom events

This clickstream data can be visualised for each individual visitor under the Visitor > Visits Log in the FirstHive CDP dashboard. You can also explore these interactions through:

  • Page overlay
  • Transitions visualisations
  • User Flow reports

In addition, you can create advanced Click, Move, and Scroll Heatmaps and capture Session Recordings. Session Recordings let you replay exactly what visitors did on your website—providing powerful insights to improve usability, content effectiveness, and customer journeys.
