Audience Bridge
Seamlessly sync customer segments from FirstHive to a wide range of external advertising and marketing platforms using both PII-based and non-PII-based matching, depending on the platform’s capabilities. Audience Bridge complements FirstHive’s owned-channel activation (email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, push — see Campaign Execution and Orchestration) by extending the same segments to paid media.
PII-Based Audience Sync
FirstHive supports out-of-the-box audience sync to the following platforms using personally identifiable information (PII) such as email addresses or phone numbers:
- Meta (Facebook) Ads
- Google Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Criteo
- Klaviyo
- Iterable
- Amazon S3
- Azure Blob
- GCS
- Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- SFTP
- et al
These integrations allow you to build high-fidelity audience segments in FirstHive and activate them directly on paid media platforms or internal systems.
Non-PII Based Audience Sync
For platforms that support anonymous identifiers (such as device IDs or browser cookies), FirstHive currently enables non-PII audience sync with:
- Meta (Facebook) Ads
This is ideal for retargeting or lookalike modeling without relying on direct identifiers.
Configuration Requirements
To enable Audience Bridge syncs, ensure that:
- You have the required admin privileges or Business Manager access on the destination platforms
- You complete OAuth authorization from within your FirstHive account for each integration
