Visits Log Report

To open the Visits Log, click on the reporting menu Visitors > Visits Log.

The Visits Log allows you to see all visits on your site and browse through individual user sessions. You can click Next at the bottom of the page to move through previous visits, or change the date in the calendar to view visits from different days.

This report shows the same data as the Real-Time widget, along with any Custom Variables you may have set for visits. The log does not refresh automatically, but you can reload the page to see the latest visits. It is especially useful for browsing individual sessions to understand what visitors were looking for, whether they found an answer, or which pages they viewed before converting on your Goals.

Embedding the Visits Log

If you are building a web application or providing FirstHive CDP as a service for your customers, you may want to allow access to the Visits Log within your own design. You can easily embed the Visits Log for a specific site/date. To do this, go to Administration > Platform > Widgets for more information.

About Visitor Privacy

The Visitor IP (visitIp field) and the Unique Visitor ID (visitorId field) will be displayed in the user interface and returned in the API output only if you are logged into FirstHive CDP. For privacy reasons, these details are not displayed to anonymous users.
