Data Ingestion and Unification

Data Processing

  • Data Cleansing & Standardization: Cleans and standardizes data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identity Resolution: Merges duplicate or disparate customer records into a single profile using a four-tier identity structure (Interaction ID, Channel ID, FHID, and an optional GUID), with five configurable unification models ranging from basic deterministic matching to a fully custom framework.
