Technical Requirements

Before logging into the platform, verify that your technical environment meets the baseline setup required to access and operate FirstHive securely and efficiently.

  • Browser Compatibility: Supports modern web browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
  • Network Requirements: Requires a stable internet connection for real-time data streaming.
  • API Access: Needs administrative access to data source systems for integration.
  • Security: Uses SSL certificates to ensure secure data transmission.

Data Source Prerequisites

FirstHive integrates with a variety of systems across digital and offline touchpoints. Ensure access to the following, as applicable:
