Create a Campaign

The Create Your Campaign screen is your starting point to launch a new customer engagement campaign. Here, you define the campaign’s purpose and select the channel that best suits your goals.

Start by entering a name for your campaign, then choose the channel you want to use — SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, Web Push, Voice, Mobile Push, In-App, Messenger, Letter, or Quiz. Each channel supports different formats and delivery styles, but the overall setup process remains the same.

Common Stages in Every Campaign Creation

Once you select a campaign channel, follow these four steps:

  1. Set Up Basics: Define the campaign name, type, and other essential details.
  2. Create Content: Add the message, creatives, or media you want to deliver.
  3. Define Audience: Select or create the audience segment you want to target.
  4. Preview & Launch: Review your setup, make final edits, and send or schedule the campaign.
