Create Interactive WhatsApp Campaign

If you want to add interactive buttons to your WhatsApp campaign, follow the steps below. There are two types of interactive buttons available in message templates:

  • Call-to-Action (CTA) Buttons – Allow customers to make a phone call or open a website when tapped.
  • Quick Reply Buttons – Allow customers to respond instantly by choosing from predefined options. Replies are sent as simple text.

Adding Call-to-Action Buttons (CTA)

  1. Go to Advanced Settings and select Add CTA Buttons.
  2. From the dropdown, choose one of the following options:
    • Visit Website (Static): Adds predefined website buttons created during template setup.
    • Visit Website (Dynamic): Adds predefined website buttons with a base URL and personalization.
      • Example: Base URL = policyexperts.in/your-policy → Final URL = policyexperts.in/your-policy/{{username}}.pdf.
    • Link Track (Dynamic): Adds predefined website buttons with FirstHive tracking to capture individual user clicks.

Adding Quick Reply Buttons

  1. Go to Advanced Settings and select Add Quick Action Buttons.
  2. Use the toggle to enable Quick Reply options:
    • Static: Adds predefined reply buttons created during template setup.
    • Dynamic: Adds reply buttons with personalization tokens.
